Collegian's freetime

One of the best moment for collegian who live in renting house is freetime. For many collegians this time for them to take a rest, make social relationship in their environment and share their problem with their friends.
They usually play some games; football;or just talk each other about their funny story.
We can find all collegian in front of their renting house at 03.00pm untill 06.00pm. This period usually make a habit or new attitude for them.
There are positive and negative effects of this activity, but the main idea is making adaptation in new environment and character building.

Collegian junk food

It was still very cold when some of collegian enter the violet campuss of UNM. It was an ICT class in DH304 for the first subject at the time. The collegian began boring to wait the lecturer, and for the collegian waiting lecturer was very annoy to do. We can imagine if we had to come to the campuss at 7.30 in hurry, still very cold and sometimes haven't breakfast but we don't meet the lecturer at the time. It was natural maybe for the collegian daily happens..but why we had to wait the lecturer?? Did he know his duty? Or he still busy with his job beside teach the collegian? We don't know the answer exactly.
But not the all of lecturer are like that, there are some of them very diligent and execute their job very well.
It means only collegian have to know their lecturer, they characteristic or they attitude. In many chase, some collegian will find the good lecturer from his way to give a mark,but other from his teaching technique in the class. Over all, the lecturer still very a big mistery to understand.

FresHMan 2010

Kembali hadir dalam dunia kampus wajah baru insan manusia. Penuh dengan tanda tanya dan juga harapan yg dibawa dari kampung halamanx. Mereka disambut dengan orientasi akademik yang jauh berbeda dari PMB tahun lalu. Tak ada yang tahu pasti apakah perubahan besar yg trjadi pada birokrasi merupakan solusi jitu menanggulangi kekerasan kampus,yang memang tiap tahun sering dipertontonkan bagi maba2.
Tahun 2009 silam prosesi PMB masih terlihat keras dan penuh dengan senioritasisme, bahkan ada banyak aksi-aksi kekerasan yang ditampilkan melalui aksi tawuran antar mahasiswa bahasa, teknik, dan juga seni bahkan aksi tersebut dapat disaksikan langsung di layar kaca secara live. Kejadian tersebut tidak hanya mencoreng nama fakultas yang tawuran,tapi juga seluruh nama civitas akademika UNM. Banyak komentar, celaan, dan juga kritikan pedas baik dari masyarakat maupun elit pemerintahan.
Citra buruk tersebut ternyata mempengaruhi langkah birokrasi dalam mengawal mahasiswa baru 2010. Dengan mengusung tema "toleransi nol terhadap kekerasan di kampus UNM" penyambutan maba 2010 terlihat aman dan lancar, bahkan sanksi tegas akan diberikan kepada mahasiswa senior yang melakukan tindakan kekerasan terhadap mahasiswa baru. SeMoga usaha birokrasi terus dapat berjalan sesuai dengan harapan.

Remains compact in common

Remains compact in togetherness .. maybe one word to describe the initial impression of the class B education Home 09. Only with the edge of the stairs they still enjoy the company while waiting for the lecturer. This is what makes us as if becoming aware of a sense of community is emerging. Perhaps this does not last very long or very things that make us successful one day. It is undeniably the most first-year students led to his extraordinary solid, but it is temporary in nature .. maybe like that because they feel need each other or perhaps even because of the sense of togetherness that comes from the trauma so that they can show this thing .. Many of them who then walked alone .. or even more often busy with their own affairs and finally all of this togetherness is only a distant memory ..
If it later it can survive the hard work and certainly a sense of understanding each other. Friends - friends of diverse, brain and mind that allows them unequal to always be people who are loyal either better or worse.
Only a good friend who's coming when we suffer when we are not victorious. Therein lies much for our road through the wide, full of sharp gravel which we sometimes try to off the road and even reversed the purpose .. but .. believe me a true friend who always gives guidance and a chance for us go together. Remember the good times ahead of you .. ospek campus imagined world full of questions .. And all the question marks were finally answered with something that makes us a bit stunned and probably thought to himself "Is this my dream college?" not be afraid friends,, you walk with your friend .. not in front or behind but beside you ...!!!!!!!

Speaking Class

Nothing is different with all the class lectures in the English department. Mr. Lecturer once said "I want to be a good teacher or not at all". Maybe this is what makes him great stress characteristics of a professional educator. He wants the birth of educators who can do repairs teaching system that currently exists. We provide classes in the area Soppeng speaking, he saw that most of the teachers are still mastering the learning process, approximately 70% more dominant. Almost no chance to practice speaking students, the reason is the absence of classic enough time.
Therefore, he began to give some interesting teaching methods and varied. The need to master and apply them someday, so comes the task of summarizing, or rewriting every meeting in a detailed and coherent description.
